I had a strange thought the other day--
If I were a vegetarian then I would like to live on a starship--a Star Trek ship to be exact--any meat you eat is replicated so there is no actual cruelty to animals.
I am very odd.

Not as odd to think of that as our other conversation about orthodox Jews and Muslims on starships.
I want to know about orthodox Jews and Muslims on starships. And yes, that is an interesting idea: is artificial meat still offensive to vegetarians? I know for example that Vulcans are vegetarians.
